By accessing or using Claimbridges' online Small Claims Tribunal form filling Service (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Service Description
We provide an automated tool that assists users in preparing Small Claims Tribunal forms by generating document templates based on the information you input. Our Service does not offer legal advice, representation, or any guarantees regarding the legal sufficiency of the forms.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You accept full responsibility for reviewing, confirming, and signing the generated documents before submission to the Small Claims Tribunal. You acknowledge that ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and truth of the submitted forms rests solely with you.
No Legal Advice and No Attorney-Client Relationship
Our Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel, advice, or services. Use of the Service does not establish any attorney-client relationship between you and us or any affiliated parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claimbridges and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on forms generated, or any legal consequences of filing the generated documents.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claimbridges and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of any forms generated.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
